Connecting with Your Higher Self

Reaching your higher self should be a goal that everyone has. When you are able to do this, you can live a healthier and happier life. If you want to reach your higher self, you might have to access your Akashic Records. You can ask about your connection with your higher self and what is holding you back.

Here are some things that you can do to reach your higher self and to live a happier life:

Be Grounded

The first thing that you need is to be grounded. You need to connect with yourself and with the world around you. If you want to connect with someone or something, you have to first learn to connect with the earth. You can do this and it can help you to release fear and to have trust and love.

Here are some ways that you can do your own grounding:

  • Go out into nature.
  • Hug a tree.
  • Be present when you are outside.
  • Walk barefoot.
  • Go on the beach.
  • Swim.
  • Eat foods that are healthy and root foods.
  • Make music.
  • Play the drums.
  • Stomp.
  • Keep your hands washed with sea salt.
  • Take a sea salt bath.
  • Listen to healing music.

Heart Space Openings

It is important that you keep your heart open. You need to do this so that you can let go of your ego and move forward to who you truly are.

Here are some ways to open up your heart space:

  • Open up your heart chakra.
  • Use heart chakra crystals.
  • Focus on what you are thankful for.
  • Listen to healing music.
  • Give to others.
  • Say positive affirmations.
  • Meditate.

Increase Your Vibrations

When you have to deal with things like heartache or trauma, you can change the negative parts and increase your vibrations. If you can’t increase your vibrations then you will feel tired and you will feel unable to grow. Raise your vibrations.

Here are ways to raise your vibrations:

  • Get rid of negative energies.
  • Imagine water washing over you.
  • Imagine white light filling you.
  • Journal.
  • Put up a protection shield.
  • Reflect on things that make you feel you are reaching your highest self.
  • Meditate.

When you focus on things that help you to reach your higher self then you can connect and you can learn more about who you are. You will be able to see that by letting go of your ego and reaching your higher self that you will grow and find peace.
